International Community - Your Network of Opportunities

I moved to Denmark in August 1997. The plan was to stay here for one year. However, I landed a job and along the way I also got married and got two children. It is hard moving to a new country without a having a network to help and support you. When I moved to Denmark as a student, I was heartily welcomed and the Danes that helped me back then are still some of my closest friends.

My motivation for working with internationalisation and Spouse Community Aarhus is rooted in the welcome I received many years ago. I would like everybody to experience the same warm welcome I had. I want to give the international spouses the opportunity to tap into a strong and supportive network of like-minded.
