Mindfulness & Meditation Stress Reduction

Learn to use mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, be more calm and focused. The class is for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. Through mindful meditation, yoga, movement and reflection you will learn how to apply mindfulness in your daily life, reduce stress and anxiety, get more clarity and balance. We will strengthen the connection between mind, body and heart. It requires practice, with kindness and firmness, to find more calm and focus, and to increase your health and quality of life.
