Spouse Community Update Week 8

Tak for sidst!

Last Friday, our members met downtown and chatted away in French over some drinks. They did not think about what level they were in and were able to interact without any inhibitions. The first French Friday was a success and we are already looking forward to the next one on March 1! Merci beaucoup, Joy for hosting this event!

Spouse Community members can access the details of French Fridays in the Spouse Community forum. If you're not a member but would like to join, click here.

We greatly value the contribution of our members and want to empower those who are open to sharing their ideas and skills with the rest of the community.  If you have a passion or event idea you’d like to share with the community – we’d love to hear from you! What is a spouse? – It’s a wrap!

We at Spouse Community Aarhus consider ourselves as international individuals, who have fearlessly entered the Danish culture with the hope of thriving in Aarhus alongside our partners. Our 'What Is A Spouse?' project is a compilation of inspiring stories from ‘spouses’ like you who have done just that. In the past few months we have been bringing you a diverse set of experiences of spouses who have made Aarhus their home. With this month's story of Bram, we wrap up this fine project and we would like to thank all the spouses who shared their experience with our community and Zane for the lovely pictures! Bram moved to Denmark when his wife got a PhD position at Aarhus University and he shares his experience of settling in Aarhus. Read more about Bram here.
