What is a Spouse? project

We at Spouse Community Aarhus consider ourselves as international individuals, who have fearlessly entered the Danish culture with the hope of thriving in Aarhus alongside our partners. Our 'What Is A Spouse?' project was launched at our one-year anniversary. The project is a compilation of inspiring stories from ‘spouses’ like you who have done just that. Each month we’ll bring you a new experience from spouses who have made Aarhus their home. For this month, read about Lisa, a doctor from Germany who moved to Denmark with her partner after he found a job at Aarhus University. She has shared her experience of settling and restarting her career in Denmark, learning Danish, how she met new people and found activities to engage herself in Aarhus. Read more by clicking here
