Spouse Community Update - Week 38
Tak for sidst!
We had a fantastic turn out at our Danish Coffee Chat last Tuesday! It was a bit intense, as our members tried out pronunciations on some difficult Danish words! As always, many thanks to our amazing Claudine, who facilitates it every week.
Our lovely member, Claudine had partnered with Spouse Community and started a weekly coffee group exclusively for our Spouse Community members earlier this year where we can chat away in Danish! Claudine is originally from England and has lived in Denmark for nearly 10 years and is an inspiration to all of us trying to learn Danish.

What is a Spouse? project
We at Spouse Community Aarhus consider ourselves as international individuals, who have fearlessly entered the Danish culture with the hope of thriving in Aarhus alongside our partners. Our 'What Is A Spouse?' project was launched at our one-year anniversary.
The project is a compilation of inspiring stories from ‘spouses’ like you who have done just that. Each month we’ll bring you a new experience from spouses who have made Aarhus their home. For this month, read about Lukas, a 28-year-old from Germany who first came to Denmark to study, met his Danish girlfriend and decided to settle in Denmark. He has shared his experience of settling and exploring various opportunities in Aarhus. Read more by clicking here.
