RUNAAR Running Club in Aarhus

RUNAAR is a community for runners in Aarhus that is open to everyone and is free of charge.
The idea behind RUNAAR is that running is not only a physical, but just as much a social activity. Each week, around hundred people with different backgrounds and professions, of different ages and with different ambitions meet up with the aim of running together.

Three times a week, the running club meets up at Skanseparken in Frederiksbjerg where it is possible to choose different distances and run in different pace groups.

Monday Mingle gives you the opportunity to run and mingle with the other runners for either 3,5, 5, 7,5 or 10 km.

Wednesday Wheeze is for people who are looking to get their heart rate up at either 4, 6, 9 or 12 km routes.

Friday Frenzy is the weekly sprint session at Tangkrogen where you can try out different intervals and both short and long sprints.

You can find more information on RUNAAR on their website here (please note that it is in Danish), or on their Facebook page here where you will also be able to find all and register for upcoming running events.

If the above mentioned days don't fit you, you can also join the Facebook group RUNAAR LØBAAR here where more than 2000 members daily arrange different runs.
