Shelters for Campers and Explorers
Considering a trip into the depths of the Danish nature? Then here is a useful fact for you to know before you start your adventure.
In Denmark there are the so-called "shelters". The idea behind those locations around the country is that you can plan a long tour without having to bring a tent or any other shelter for the night with you.
The shelters are free of charge to use are are intended for an overnight use. The shelters can vary in shape and size, from a small house to a bigger buildings that can be used by many people at the same time. Since those are locations for public use, you are urged to clean after yuorself and make sure that the person using the shelter after you gets to experience it in the same tidy state as you found it.
