We kicked of the first workshop of Spouse Community Aarhus’ Photography Workshop Series, The Basics with Mariana Gil Photography last Saturday where participants learnt the basics of digital photography and camera’s manual settings to get the best results out of their shots. Many thanks to Mariana Gil for conducting this workshop and Leanne Marie Kolpin, Abstract Artist for the picture from the workshop. We’ve recently opened sign-ups to the next session in Spouse Community Aarhus’ Photography Workshop Series where Mariana will lead a hands-on session on Adobe Photoshop and Photo Editing. What is a Spouse? projectWe at Spouse Community Aarhus consider ourselves as international individuals, who have fearlessly entered the Danish culture with the hope of thriving in Aarhus alongside our partners. Our 'What Is A Spouse?' project was launched at our one-year anniversary. The project is a compilation of inspiring stories from ‘spouses’ like you who have done just that. Each month we’ll bring you a new experience from spouses who have made Aarhus their home. For this month, read about Subhi, a 30-year-old Data Engineer and an accompanying spouse from India who has shared her experiences of settling and finding her niche in Aarhus by clicking here.
