Yoga for Runners
A workshop in collaboration with Camilla Bevensee with a focus on running and yoga.
Running is one of the most effective exercises to get in shape. Unfortunately a lot of runners also know that there are periods where repetitive strain injuries become too much. Yoga is therefore a great supplement to running in these periods and it also helps prevent the injuries from happening in the first place.
