Insta-Takeover from Anna!

Over on our Instagram we are giving the world a peek into the lives of spouses in Aarhus! Every few weeks one of our members will takeover our Instagram to share everything from their daily lives, to hidden gems around the city. We have such a diverse membership, and everyone experiences Aarhus differently – so this is a great chance to see how others have made this city their home.
Currently Anna is sharing a week in her life and how she and her family have made Aarhus their home! Follow her journey at @spousecommunityaarhus or www.instagram.com/spousecommunityaarhus

If you’re a member who’d like to do an Insta-Takeover, we’d love to hear from you: info@spousecommunity.dk

Even if you’re not doing a Takeover, you can still join our Insta-community, just tag your posts with #spouselifeinaarhus to showcase your life in Aarhus!

Become a member

We’d love you to join us! Spouse Community Aarhus is a community of enthusiastic international spouses and accompanying partners from all over the world that have settled in Aarhus and made this city our home. All spouses can become a member of Spouse Community Aarhus, whether you or your partner are internationals or Danes. We are lucky enough to have members of many ages and nationalities, both men and women, and some working or volunteering in Aarhus.

We are a non-profit volunteer-based organisation and our nominal membership fee of 100kr per year (that’s about the price of two coffees!) goes directly back into putting on our events - so the more members we have, the more awesome events!

As a member you’ll also receive invitations to all our Spouse Community Aarhus events which are free to members (or in the instance there is an entry fee or ticket needed, we negotiate the best price possible for our members), and access to our members-only Facebook forum which is a place to connect with members, ask questions and seek advice, and share events and articles. Non-members are also welcome to attend our events, however we usually ask for a 50kr fee per event - so with membership only 100kr per year, it’s worth signing up.
