Inversus Festival at Godsbanen
Inversus Festival is a free festival right in the centre of Aarhus where you can experience concerts, comedy, theater, parties and workshops. In the daytime it caters to all ages, and at night a wide range of events will take place, mostly music experiences. There will also be a food fair in the early hours of the evening.

Inversus Festival Opening show
Let’s celebrate that Inversus Festival will see the light of day for the first time during  Festugen 2016! Come be a part of the amazing opening show – for FREE!

You can experience THE SUGAR HILL GANG (US), JOHNSON, USO and MARWAN. At Inversus Food Court, street food carts take you on culinary adventures at reasonable prices. Dance shows, live graffiti, fantastic performances shape the impressive program when Inversus Festival opens in Aarhus this week.

The Irish Tent

During Aarhus Festival the Irish Tent offers drinks as well as outstanding live music and an open atmosphere for everyone.
The Irish Tent opens on Friday 26 August at 13:00 and will be located at Europaplads. There will be a welcoming party with great drinks offers. Check out the music schedule here.


Urban Back Yard Tour
AddSomeArt and Aarhus Festival have created an alternative route through the city centre starting at Sankt Knuds Torv and ending at the Salling parking house. It features a viewpoint through a backyard exhibition and a treasure hunt for the kids.

World Mirror Festival 2016
The World Mirror Festival celebrates the world’s colorful diversity and offers global AHA experiences and enriching cultural encounters through a variety of channels, such as music and dance, storytelling and creative workshops.

Open Harbor
Come and learn more about all the different activities happening on the harbor on Saturday 27 August at Open Harbor. Here you have the opportunity to see the harbor from the sea aboard the pilot boat Jakob. You can also go on a bus tour around the closed terminal areas.
