International Community in close cooperation with University International Club welcomes all internationals in Aarhus to a seminar about childbirth in Denmark.
As a mother-to-be your hormones are raging through your body. You have a thousand questions and then you realize that you will be giving birth in a foreign country!
That certainly doesn't contribute to ease at mind. What to do? Where to go? How does the system work? Is it true that you never meet an obgyn?
At this introduction to pregnancy & birth in Denmark, you will get insight into how the Danish national health system treats pregnancy and childbirth. We will look into different topics, such as the structure, the medical exams and the options you have.
Guest speakers are Daniela Trifiletti, UIC Aarhus University and Tiny Maerschalk, Head of International Community. They are both foreigners and mothers of two, who have experienced the system and will be able to guide you and answer your questions.
Coffee, tea and water will be served.
We look forward to seeing you!
International Community and University International Club have in close collaboration created an exciting program with a number of seminars that will take place during autumn 2019.
