You heard people talking about mindfulness but you don’t know exactly what it is all about? You know some things about mindfulness but you would like to find out more? Maybe you want to find out ways of practicing?
International Community together with Carmen Manea and CM-CAMP is inviting you to a mindfulness workshop where we try to answer your questions about mindfulness.
During the workshop, you will be introduced to mindfulness, daily practice and its benefits in your daily life. You will hear more about how you can reduce stress, anxiety, fear, improve health, focus, attention, relationships with yourself and others, how you can have a happier and more fulfilled life by adopting mindfulness as a lifestyle. You will be introduced to and experience some formal and informal practices, and you will learn more about the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course as an example of how you can start your mindfulness practice and your mindfulness way of living.
Let go of any preconceptions and expectations, fears or excuses, and join us with a beginner’s mind for a workshop that will change your perception about life’s challenges and joys!
Carmen Manea is a mindfulness coach and trainer, who, after experiencing the effects of mindfulness in her own life, decided to dedicate her life to support other people in exploring their unlimited potential and living the lives they want through mindfulness practice.
