The Danish smørrebrød dates back to the 1880s, where several open-sandwich restaurants pops up in Copenhagen. Since then, the tradition and modern development have gone hand in hand. Today, the “open sandwich” business has the best possible terms, both in traditional and in the moderns interpretations.
At our course you get to try both kind of styles. So look forward to a wonderful course, where we are gonna make three different pieces of smørrebrød from scratch.
